Karl Dudek established Kason Credit Corporation in 1979 and affiliate Northern Storage and Transport in 1988. He is also CEO of Northern Equipment Remarketing, LLC and API Special Servicing, LLC.

At Kason Credit, Karl's responsibilities include overseeing management, risk management, financial management, policy and procedure manuals and emphasizing the business philosophy of human priority in the business advancement. Over the last 40+ years, Karl's strategic oversight has repeatedly produced results through the implementation of operational expertise and financial acumen.

Karl possesses an excellent understanding of the needs of other business owners in managing back office operations. He developed proprietary software and created innovative client-centered processes in the process of streamlining his companies. Karl maintains an emphasis on streamlining operational efficiencies within tightly regulated structures. In the debt collection industry, Karl pioneered the use of restrictive endorsements in protecting financial institutions, and created an architecture for using the bankruptcy code to benefit unsecured creditors. As a business consultant, Karl assisted in the development of business plans for several startups.

Paula is a data-driven accounting and collections professional with 35+ years’ experience driving growth in the asset remarketing, debt collection, and repossession sectors. Paula combines her deep understanding of collection processes with her passion for helping others to create a culture of respect and efficiency in every client interaction. Her direct, hands-on approach is an essential element of the day to day operations at Kason Credit.

In addition to her role as President, Paula coordinates the relationships between the affiliate organizations of Northern Storage and Transport and Northern Equipment Remarketing. She maintains FDCPA, FCRA, HIPAA, SCRA and TCPA certifications.

In her spare time, Paula enjoys spending time outdoors and exploring with her husband and two grown children.
